Producer relations & conservation programs

Tim Houseberg

Tim is a Cherokee Nation citizen with decades of experience in tribal environmental programs, community stewardship, and agricultural conservation. He founded Native Health Matters Foundation and has worked alongside producers on soil-health and stewardship projects.

His role in Native American Carbon Alliance begins with the producer: understanding the ground, the local context, and the federal process that must come together before field work can begin.

Project development & operations

Matt Chandler

Matt is a citizen of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation and a project developer with experience building companies, coordinating physical operations, and moving material at scale.

His role is to turn a complicated sequence into an operating process: organize the records, align the people, coordinate the logistics, and make clear what must happen next.

Soil science & conservation

Brad Fausett

Brad is a member of the Chickamauga Nation. He brings experience in soil chemistry, environmental compliance, infrastructure construction, agricultural technology, and conservation policy.

His role is to keep the work grounded in the land itself: what resource concern is present, what the soil needs, and whether a proposed practice is a responsible fit for the site.
